摘要 对目前的维修指标分类进行了研究,确定以设备性能、维修成本和维修计划完成情况作为复杂电子系统预防性维修评估指标的选取方向。经过层层筛选,最终确定了由设备有效度、维修时间达标率和维修操作完成率组成的预防性维修评估指标体系。 Based on the detailed analysis of the current classification of maintenance indicators,the equipment performance, PM costs and the completion of PM plan are determined as the direction to find the evaluation indexes for the preventive maintenance of a complex electronic system. After careful comparison, we chose Machine Performance, Compliance Rate of Repair Time and Completion Rate of Repair Operation as the evaluation indexes system.
