摘要
采用红外光谱和气质联用技术对某批次交通灯的灯罩内部异物来源进行了分析。分析结果表明,异物主要成分为4,4'-异亚丙基二苯酚(俗称双酚A)。异常样品所用的灯底座(5D灯罩)材质和圆盘材质(菲涅尔透镜)均为聚碳酸对苯二酚酯(简称PC),组装工艺中所使用的密封胶为脱醇型硅酮胶,在固化过程中挥发出的醇类物质能够溶解未完全聚合的PC材料单体双酚A,同时也会加速PC的降解,从而导致双酚A结晶异物的出现。
The foreign material in traffic signal light shield was analyzed by FT-IR and GC-MS.The analysis results showed that 4, 4'- isopropylidene two phenol( BPA) was the main component of the foreign material. The base material of pedestal( 5D shield) and round disk(Fresnel lens) in abnormal traffic light shield both are biphenyl A polycarbonate(Abbr.PC). The sealant used in the process is dealcohol silicone sealant from which the alcohols will volatilize. The volatile will dissolve biphenyl-A which is the unpolymerized monomer of PC material, and it maybe degrade the PC plastics and release the biphenyl-A crystal.
