摘要
阐述了质量文化的内涵,详述了企业质量文化建设的必要性及其作用,分析了国内外企业质量文化状况,对我国企业质量文化建设提出了大力推行品牌战略,加强细节决定成败的质量意识,建立以人为本的管理思想和以"零缺陷"为核心质量机制,对引进的质量管理方法进行创新,提升企业的竞争力等的一些建议。
In this paper, the connotation of quality culture is introduced. The necessity of enterprise quality culture construction and its functions are described. Some advices on the quality culture construction for national enterprises are presented in terms of strengthening the implementation of brand strategy, improving the quality awareness of "details determine success or failure", establishing the humanist management idea and the quality mechanism with " zero defect" as the core, innovation of the introduced quality management methods, and enhancement of the competitiveness of enterprises.
