摘要
车辆的动力学性能关系到车辆运行的安全性和舒适度,轮轨接触几何是影响车辆动力学性能的重要因素。现基于某直线电机地铁车辆,建立车辆的动力学分析模型,分析LM/CHN60与LMa/CHN60两种匹配的轮轨接触几何以及在3种典型曲线工况下车辆的平稳性、稳定性和曲线通过能力,通过比较二者性能的差异,为车辆踏面的选型提供理论和仿真依据。结果表明该直线电机地铁车辆采用LMa踏面能获得更好的综合动力学性能。
The dynamic performance of the vehicle,which is related to the safety and riding comfort of vehicle operating, is greatly influ- enced hy the wheel-rail contact geometry relationship. This article established the model of the vehicle dynamics based on the vehicle of metro with linear motor, then analyzed the wheel-rail contact geometry and the stationarity, stability, curve passing capacity in three typ- ical curve situation when considering the two wheel treads, LM and LMa, matched the rail CHN60;at last, compared with the two differ ent wheel-rail matches and provided the theoretical and emulational basis for vehicle tread choosing. The results show that the linear in- duction driving metro vehicle can obtain a better dynamic performance if adopting the IrMa tread.
