120(120-1)阀防盗罩螺栓及螺栓垫片结构的改进建议

Bolt Structure and Installation Mode of 120(120-1)Valve Burglarproof Cover

120/120-1型控制阀安装时加装了防盗罩,并对安装螺栓与螺母进行焊固,起到防配件丢失的作用,但空气制动阀因制造、检修质量等因素出现"关门车",需要更换制动阀时,现场处理"关门车"因防盗罩结构中安装螺栓、螺母点焊,拆解难度较大。现从源头上解决防盗罩拆卸难、效率低的问题,提出改进防盗罩安装螺栓和垫片结构的建议。

Burglarproof cover was used in 120（120-1） valve to prevent the loss of parts. Because installation bolt and nut were welded together, it is difficult to deal with burglarproof cover when 120 valve needs to be repaired emergency. New bolt structure and installa- tion mode are proposed to enhance the efficiency of field operation.
