随着我国司法形式的发展完善,心理干预机制日益受到重视。在涉少刑事审判过程中结合心理干预措施是一种较为新颖的司法尝试,但其必要性却尚未被详细加以论证。本文将从青少年犯罪的心理学原因、心理干预所能起到的作用以及心理干预机制的引入过程中可能遇到的问题三个方面展开论述,证明将心理干预引入青少年司法过程的必要性,并对已经或将要遇到的问题进行列举。

With the development of the form of justice of our country, more attention is paid to psychological intervention mechanism. To combine the psychological intervention with the juvenile criminal trials process is a relatively new trail, while the necessity of which has not yet been demonstrated in detail. To answer the question above, three aspects will be discussed in this paper, which are the psychological causes of juvenile delinquency, the effect of psychological intervention and the problem may encounter during the introduction to prove the necessity of psychological interven- tion introduced into the juvenile justice process, meanwhile the problems to be encountered will be listed.
