黎氏哮喘Ⅰ号方治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘50例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 50 cases of pediatric exterior cold and pulmonary hot asthma treated with Li's No.1 asthma decoction

目的观察黎氏哮喘Ⅰ号方治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘的临床疗效。方法将80例哮喘患儿随机分为2组。治疗组50例口服黎氏哮喘Ⅰ号方加减治疗;对照组30例予以西医抗炎、平喘药物治疗。2组疗程均为7 d。结果治疗组临床治愈38例,好转10例,未愈2例,总有效率为96.0%;对照组临床治愈9例,好转16例,未愈5例,总有效率为83.3%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后同组症状积分值比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后与对照组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论黎氏哮喘Ⅰ号方治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘可明显改善患儿临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Li＇ s No. 1 asthma decoction in treating pediatric ex- terior cold and lung hot asthma. Methods 80 cases of asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups. 50 cases in treatment group were treated with modified Li ＇ s No. 1 asthma decoction ; 30 cases in control group were treated with anti-inflammatory and asthma medicine, the 2 groups were treated for 7 days. Results 38 cases in the treatment group were cured, 10 cases improved, 2 cases unimproved, the total effective rate was 96.0% ; in the control group, 9 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, 5 cases unimproved, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. The difference in total efficiency of 2 groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; symptom score difference before and after treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） ; the score difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant { P〈0.05 }, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Li＇ s No. 1 asthma decoction in the treatment of pediatric exterior cold and pulmonary hot asthma can significantly improve the clinical symptoms with curative effect.
