针灸配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫30例临床观察

Clinical observation of 30 cases of infantile cerebral palsy treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training

目的观察针灸配合康复训练对小儿脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法将60例小儿脑瘫患儿随机分成2组,对照组30例给予针灸治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上辅助康复训练治疗,治疗1月后观察2组患儿临床疗效和各运动功能区评分的变化。结果对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组为100.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组5个功能区评分均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on infantile cerebral palsy. Methods 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given acupuncture treatment, the treatment group was given acupuncture and rehabilitation training , changing score of 2 groups in clinical curative effect and the functional area treatment after 1 month was observed. Results The total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group, 100% in treatment group, the differ- ence between the 2 groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Score of 5 functional areas in treatment group were better than in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation training in treating pediatric cerebral palsy is exact, it is worthy of clinical application.
