多中心视阈下武汉市低碳交通的普及化研究

摘要 2007年以来,随着武汉市工业化和城镇化的加速推进,武汉城市骨架不断扩容,人车路三者之间的矛盾与日俱增,环境污染与破坏也相伴而生。环境污染使得居民的生活幸福感下降,相对剥夺感增强。面对着人们在交通低碳问题上的"言语上发声、行动上沉默"的现象和环境的"不可承受之重","车轮模式"下的低碳普及值得引起更深关注。本文立足于武汉市普及低碳交通的现实困境,借助政府、企业、居民作为三位一体的多中心合力修复破碎化的行动同盟,以期完成武汉市环境友好的转型并对相似情境城市的低碳交通普及化提供借鉴。 Since 2007, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization of Wuhan City, the skeleton of city is also constantly expanding. The contradiction between human being, vehicles and roads is growing with time passing day, together with environmental pollution and destruction. In the meanwhile, environmental pollution has reduced residents' sense of happiness and strengthened their sense of relative deprivation. In the face of residents' “loud speech, silent action” phenomenon on the issue of low carbon traffic and the unbearable environmental pressure, the traditional wheel mode under the low carbon is worth deeper concern. Therefore, this paper hopes to contribute to the transformation of Wuhan' s environmentally- friendly society and cities with similar situation through the government, enterprises and residents as a multi center to istic dilemma of the popularity of Wuhan' s repair the fragmentized Action Alliance, based on the reallow carbon transportation.
