摘要
当今社会形势错综复杂,个人性格特征存在很大区别,特别是在侦查办案的过程中,涉案人员出于防卫心理,往往不会做出最客观的供述,如果能够揣摩他们的内心变化情况,并据此分析出与案件相关的重要信息,将会极大程度上促进侦查工作的开展。相较于传统的刑讯逼供手段,微观心理分析法柔化了侦讯手段,不仅符合现行法律对侦查人员的要求,并且强化了对人权的维护。
The current social situation is perplexing, and personal character existence has very big difference. Especially in the investigation process, the men involved in defense, often do not make the objective statement. If you can figure out their inner change based on an analysis of the important information related to the case, it will greatly promote the investigation work.
