温和灸对高脂血症合并动脉硬化患者ADMA、NO的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察温和灸在降血脂、抗动脉硬化的同时是否影响不对称二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)。方法采用病例序列研究,连续纳入符合高脂血症、动脉硬化标准的17例患者。温和灸神阙与双侧足三里,每穴施灸10 min,隔日1次。治疗前和治疗6星期、12星期时分别检测血清ADMA和NO水平。结果 17例患者中,治疗前ADMA(35.41±12.68)?mol/L,治疗6星期时(29.57±12.12)?mol/L,较治疗前下降(P<0.01),治疗12星期时(23.01±7.0)?mol/L,较治疗前下降(P<0.01),较治疗6星期时下降(P<0.05);NO治疗前水平(69.80±36.66)?mol/L,治疗6星期(64.97±44.87)?mol/L,治疗12星期(36.48±27.87)?mol/L,较治疗前下降(P<0.01)。结论温和灸可显著下降高脂血症合并动脉硬化患者血清ADMA和NO水平。 Objective To observe whether mild moxibustion can affect asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) when improving hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis.Method According to the case series study design,17 eligible patients with hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis were recruited.They were given mild moxibustion at Shenque (CV8) and bilateral Zusanli (ST36),10 min for each point,once every other day.The contents of serum ADMA and NO were determined before treatment,after 6-week and 12-week treatments respectively.Result Of the 17 patients,the content of ADMA was (35.41±12.68)μmol/L versus (29.57±12.12)μmol/Lafter 6-week treatment,and the decrease was statistically significant (P<0.01); the content was (23.01±7.0)μmol/L after 12-week treatment,and the decrease was statistically significant compared with the pre-treatment level (P<0.01) and the level after 6-week treatment (P<0.05).The content of NO was (69.80±36.66)μmol/L before treatment versus (64.97±44.87)μtmol/L after 6-week treatment and (36.48±27.87)μmol/L after 12-week treatment,and the decreases were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Mild moxibustion can significantly reduce the ADMA and NO levels in patients with hyperlipidemia complicated with atherosclerosis.
