摘要
以曲拉通X-114为表面活性剂,正戊醇为助表面活性剂,环己烷为油相,铈锆镨铝硝酸盐混合水溶液或氨水溶液为水相组成双反相微乳液体系,制备掺杂镨(Ce,Zr,Al)O2纳米固溶体,并利用XRD,TEM,FT-IR和Raman等手段对样品的物相结构、晶粒大小进行表征.结果表明,稀土元素镨掺杂入(Ce,Zr,Al)O2形成的混合氧化物为萤石型立方晶相结构的均相固溶体,环己烷/曲拉通X-114/正戊醇/水溶液组成的双反相微乳液体系是合成粒径尺寸5nm左右、分散均匀的掺杂镨(Ce,Zr,Al)O2纳米固溶体的有效途径.
The praseodymium-doped (Ce ,Zr ,Al)O2 nano solid solution were prepared by the double reverse microe-mulsion method ,using Triton X-114 as surfactant ,n-pentanol as cosurfactant ,cyclohexane as oil phase ,the mix-ture aqueous solution of cerium ,zirconium ,praseodymium and aluminum nitrate salts ,or ammonia aqueous solution as water phase .The crystal phase structure and partical size were characterized by XRD ,TEM ,FT-IR and Raman spectra .The results show that the mixed oxides doped with rare earth element praseodymium are the homogeneous solid solution of cubic phase structure .It is an effective way to obtain the uniformly distributed praseodymium-doped (Ce ,Zr ,Al)O2 nanoparticle with the size of about 5 nm using the Triton X-114/n-pentanol/cyclohexane/aqueous so-lution reverse microemulsion systems .
