老年慢性病患者社会支持与舒适度的相关性研究

Investigation of Correlationship between Social Support and Level of Comfort in Elderly Patients with Chronic Disease

目的探讨老年慢性病患者社会支持与舒适度的相关性,为优质护理提供理论依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表及自行设计的老年慢性病患者舒适量表,对2011年7-11月某三级甲等医院老年内科收治的190例老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查。结果老年慢性病患者社会支持评分为(30.10±5.57)分,处于低支持水平;舒适度评分为(72.36±8.62)分,为中等舒适水平,且与社会支持显著相关(r=0.529)。结论老年慢性病患者的优质护理应关注社会支持水平,提高患者舒适度。

Objective To explore the correlationship between social support and comfort level of elderly patients with chronic disease, and to provide a theoretical basis for high quality nursing. Methods Totally 190 elderly patients with chronic diseases were selected and investigated by using social support rating scale and self -design chronic elderly patients comfort scale. Results The average social support score was 30.10± 5.57, which was in the low level, and comfort score was 72.36±8.62, which was in the medium level and was significantly correlated with social support （r = 0.529）. Conclusion Quality care of the elderly chronic disease patients should be concerned about social support, and improving patient comfort level.
