品管圈在重症监护室探视家属手卫生中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle to Improve Hand Hygiene Compliance of ICU Visiting Relatives

目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)在重症监护室探视家属手卫生中的应用方法。方法成立品管圈,确立"提高重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)探视家属手卫生依从性"为活动课题,对ICU探视家属手卫生依从性现状进行调查,分析ICU探视家属手卫生依从性存在的问题,确立无洗手意识、洗手标志不明显、家属不知可使用手快速消毒剂为此次活动的问题点,制定相应对策并组织实施,再进行效果检查。结果品管圈活动使ICU探视家属手卫生依从性从3.0%提高到了94.4%。结论 QCC提升了ICU探视家属洗手的依从性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate application strategy of quality control circle in improving hand hygiene compliance of ICU visiting relatives. Methods QCC was established and ＂to improve the hand hygienecompliance status of ICU visiting relatives＂ was chosen as the main topic.After investigation of hand hygiene compliance and analysis of the seven problems in the compliance, we established ＂no hand washing consciousness＂, ＂no obvious hand washing signs ＂, ＂no knowledge to use hand sanitizers＂ as the key points. The corresponding measures were formulated, and the effect was finally checked. Results QCC improved the hand hygiene compliance of ICU visiting relatives from 3% to 94.4%.Conclusion QCC could improve the hand hygiene compliance of ICU visiting relatives, and it is worthwhile for clinical trails.
