摘要
以对氯苯乙腈为原料 ,苄基三甲基氯化铵为相转移催化剂 ,在碱性条件下进行水解反应制备对氯苯乙酸。通过正交实验研究了影响水解反应收率的因素 ,找到了一条方便可行的制备方法。并采用熔点测定、红外光谱、质谱等分析手段对合成产物结构进行了表征。
p-Chlorophenylacetic acid was synthesized by the hydrolysis reaction of p-chlorobenzyl cyanide in the alkaline aqueous solution with the presence of C6H5CH2(CH3)3 N+ Cl- as phase-transfer catalysts. The factors which affect the yield of hydrolysis reaction were studied by orthogonal experiments, and a handy method of preparation for p-chlorophenylacetic acid was proposed. The compositions and structure were characterized by melting point analysis, IR, MS, etc.
