新生代农民工社会适应性量表的编制

Social Adaptation Scale Designing for Rural Migrant Workers of New Generation

为编制适合新生代农民工社会适应性量表,采用整群抽样法,先后分别抽取2000名和1600名新生代农民工进行初测和重测,严格按照量表编制的基本要求,考察量表的信度和效度.研究结果表明,新生代农民工适应量表包括：生理适应、情绪适应、生活适应、认知适应、职业适应、人际适应6个维度.因素分析结果显示,6个维度可解释总方差的46.760％,各维度的项目载荷在0.352～0.753之间;各量表的Cronbach＇ sα系数分别为0.667,0.810,0.828,0.802,0.820,0.770,总量表的内部一致性系数为0.895.由此得出结论：所编制的量表具有较高的信效度,可以作为新生代农民工适应性的测量工具.

To design a social adaptation scale for rural migrant workers of new generation, 2000 and 1600 ru- ral migrant workers of new generation were sampled with luster sampling method to preliminary test and re-test respectively. The reliabilities and validities were examined by the requirements of scale. The results show that this scale includes 6 components physiological adaptation, emotional adaptation, life adaptation, cognitive adaptation, occupation adaptation and interpersonal adaptation. Factor analysis indicates that the six factors ex- plain 47.760% of the variance with loadings between 0.46-0.73. Cronbach＇ s α is 0.667, 0.810, 0.828,0.802, 0.820, 0.770, and the internal consistency coefficient is 0.895. The conclusion is that this scale has satisfactory validities and reliabilities, and is well suitable for the new generation of rural migrant workers.
