摘要
成长自觉性是指生命个体认识到自己应该不断发展、完善的自觉意识和有计划、有目标的自觉行动,它源于人的超越性和生成性。拥有成长自觉性是小学生获得自主发展、和谐发展、独特发展、可持续发展的保证。具有成长自觉性的小学生在活动中具有自知之明、自治之能、自省之意和自强之力,并表现出能动性、创造性和开拓性等特点。教育者应该尊重学生生命的整体和自由,善待学生的自主性,激发学生的创造性,引导学生的生成性;让管理从"他律"走向"自律",让成长由自发走向自觉,唤醒生命成长的自觉性。
Self-consciousness in growth refers to the individual's self-recognition of the importance of self-development,self-promotion and self-action. It comes from people's transcendence and generation. The self-consciousness in growth is the precondition of self-promotion,a guarantee of self-happiness,and the momentum of individual's sustainable development. Children with the self-consciousness in growth would have the ability of self-knowledge,self-rule,self-examination and self-improvement,and have the feature of activity,creative and pioneering. The teacher should pay attention to students' integration and freedom in life,be kind to their self-decision,promote their creative,catch on their generative and wake up their self-consciousness in growth.
