摘要
采用氧瓶燃烧法对血样进行破坏 ,利用 β_环糊精和十二烷基硫酸钠形成包合物的性质 ,将4,5_苯并苯硒二唑包合 ,建立了三元包合物荧光分析法 ,不经萃取 ,直接测定血浆中的硒。方法的日内精密度为5.4 %~9.3 %(n=7) ;日间精密度为3.5 %~14.5 %(n=7) ;线性范围为10~500μg/L ;回收率为91.0 %~97.8 %。对新疆汉族、维吾尔族和沈阳汉族58人的血样进行测定 ,结果表明 :新疆汉族与沈阳汉族间血硒值无显著性差异(F=1.36 ,P>0.05) ;新疆汉族与维吾尔族间血硒值有非常显著性差异(F=1.01 ,P<0.01) ;男女间血硒值有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。
Blood samples are destroyed by oxygen flask combustion. A ternary inclusion compound of 4,5 _ benzopiazselenol with β _ cyclodextrin and sodium dodecylsulfate is formed. A method for the determination of selenium in human plasma by ternary inclusion compound-fluorescence spectrophotometry has been developed. The determination of selenium in plasma can be directly carried out in aqueous solution. Intra _ day and inter _ day precisions ranged from 5.4% to 9.3%(n=7) and from 3.5% to 14.5%(n=7), respectively. The calibration curve for selenium was found to be linear from 10 to 500 μg/L. Recoveries of added selenium to plasma ranged from 91.0% to 97.8%. Fifty _ eight of blood samples from the Han and the Uygur nationalities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Shenyang were determined. Results indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in plasma selenium levels between the Han in Xinjiang and in Shenyang(F=1.36, P>0.05), whereas there were statistically significant differences between the Han and the Uygur nationalities in Xinjiang(F=1.01, P<0.01) and between males and females in the two areas (P<0.01).
