发达地区小城镇建设初探

A probe into Small Town Development in the Developed Areas

发达地区小城镇建设起步早、步伐快、成效大，但也存在着规划、基础设施、体制创新等滞后的问题。如何抓住当前的有利时机，加快发达地区小城镇建设，是一个值得研究的课题。通过对福建省经济发达地区泉州市小城镇建设存在问题的分析，提出了发达地区加快小城镇建设的对策措施。

Small town development in the developed areas stated earlier with growing faster and more effectively. It also, however, appears some problems such as lags in programming, in infrastructure building and in institutional innovation. It is a worthy discussing issue for how to grasp the presently favorable oportunity to fasten small town development. By analyzing the the emerging problems in the Quanzhou District, a relatively developed area in Fujian Province, this paper suggests some policy implications regarding small town development in the developed areas.
