上海城市洗车行业用水现状特征与节水对策

Characteristics of Present Water Consumption and Countermeasures of Water Conservation for Urban Car Washing Industry in Shanghai

近年随着汽车工业的发展洗车行业用水量逐年攀升。选取了40个洗车点,实地调研其洗车方式、洗车用水来源、日均洗车数、日均用水量等信息。以此为基础,由用水水量、水价和排水水质入手,估算了上海市洗车行业整体用水现状,分析发现当前城市洗车行业存在的主要问题包括洗车方式粗放,用水超定额难监管;低价使用水资源,公共资源损失;尾水排放超标,影响受纳水体环境。提出了在洗车行业更好地推行节水减排的建议,同时严格约束管理,加强激励引导,加大节水意识教育。

As the development of automobile industry,water consumption in car washing industry is rising with years.The characteristics of water consumption and countermeasures of water conservation for urban car washing industry in Shanghai were introduced.40 car washes in Shanghai were chosen and a series of data,such as car washing methods,water source,average number of car wash per day and water consumption per day were gathered through field survey.On the basis of water consumption,water price and the quality of drain water,the current situation of water supply of car washing industry in Shanghai were evaluated and the major problems of urban car washing industry,including expansive car wash method,water consumption exceeding the quota and hard to supervise,abuse of cheap water resource,public resource loss,the pollution of tail water which is out of limits affecting the environment of receiving water,were analyzed.Finally,some better suggestions for water-saving and emission reduction,such as strict control and management,strengthening economic incentives and technology introduction,promoting water-saving propaganda and education in car washing industry were proposed.
