摘要 随着高分子材料应用面积的逐渐增大,对其材料阻燃性的需求不断增加,采用氧指数测定仪检测材料的氧指数,其结果的准确性受到环境、控制人员、制样差异等因素的干扰,形成波动,为了更加准确检测材料的氧指数值,通过分析氧指数测定仪的检测方法,对高分子材料进行氧指数的检测试验,对氧指数仪测定过程中不同的影响因素产生的波动进行量化,提出了相应的建议。 With the increasing of polymer material application, the demand for fire resistance requirement raised. The oxy-gen index tester tests the oxygen index of material changes, with different accuracy of the result by environment, control per-sonnel, interference factors of sample preparation and forming. In order to get more detail of oxygen index, the analysis of the detection method of oxygen index apparatus was used, with polymer materials for oxygen index test. In the process of ox-ygen index were measured to quantify the volatility of the influence of different factors, the corresponding suggestion was put forward.
