变根大扭角弯头五轴精密加工及内部流场分析

摘要 通过三维建模和加工工艺规划分析,提出一套系统的变根大扭角弯头五轴精密加工方案,并通过内部流场数值分析的方法,对弯头加工设计效果进行可行性研究。首先进行CAD/CAM系统结构设计,方案设计包括三维建模和工艺设计,以及五轴数控加工设计等。对弯头的数学模型进行设计构建,分析加工难点。利用CFD软件对变根大扭角弯头的流体漩涡速度及流体压力波动模型进行数值分析,仿真实验验证了精加工技术设计加工出的大扭角弯头具有更强的抗壁面冲刷耐腐蚀能力,加工设计的弯头在强腐蚀流体介质作用环境中具有很好的应用性能和流通性能。 The 3D modeling and machining process planning analysis was taken into consideration, and a mechanical and whole five axis precision machining scheme was proposed for this. And the internal flow field analysis was used to analyze the effect and feasibility. Firstly, the CAD/CAM system structure was designed, 3D model was constructed, and five-axis NC programming was researched. The difficulties of machining were analyzed, and the CFD software was used to analyze the fluid velocity and the fluid pressure fluctuation model mathematically. The simulation experiments show that forged el-bow has better performance in anti wall erosion with corrosion resistance property, and it has good application value in the complex environment such as the strong corrosive fluid.
