装饰材料特性变化对工艺品模型的影响分析

装饰材料特性变化过程较为复杂,原材料中装饰材料的含量、形状对产品工艺产品质量的影响较大。主要测试了装饰材料在工艺品成型过程中,装饰材料含量和装饰材料特性变化对于制品质量的影响。测试了在工艺制作过程中,原材料中装饰材料的含量、形状、流动速度和扩散程度的变化对工艺制品的伸展特性、外观形态稳定性、工艺制品曲率和制品强度的影响。实验结果表明,根据测试结果合理控制工艺品成型过程原材料中的装饰材料含量和提高装饰材料的长度,能够有效提高工艺制品的质量,有着较好的应用价值。

Decorative material change process is relatively complex, decoration materials of content in the raw materials, product quality is greatly influenced by the shape on the product process. Mainly tested the decorative materials in handi-craft molding process, and decorative decoration materials content material properties change effects on the quality of prod-ucts. Tested in the process of the production process, raw materials, shape, content of decoration materials in the flow and diffusion degree of change on the spread of technology products characteristics, shape stability and strength of the products and technology products of curvature. The experimental results show that the reasonable control of handicraft molding pro-cess according to the test result adornment material content in raw materials and increase the length of the decoration mate-rials, can effectively improve the quality of technology products, has a good application value.
