摘要
利用能值分析方法分析了2013年烟台市生态经济系统的能值流动状况,并提出了相应的能值利用调控对策。2013年烟台市生态经济系统的能值总用量为2.630×1023 sej,人均能值用量为4.044×1016 sej,能值自给率为22.6%,能值密度为19.14×1012sej/m2,能值货币比率为2.848×1012sej/,电力能值占能值总用量的比例为5.6%,由可更新资源及其产品支持的人口承载力为16.19×104人,由可更新资源及其产品、进口产品及技术共同支持的人口承载量为518.6×104人,能值可持续指标值为4.986。将上述计算结果与其它国家和地区进行比较表明:虽然目前烟台市经济较发达,能值利用效率和人民生活水平较高,生态经济系统的能值使用总体上符合区域可持续发展的要求,但系统能值自给率较低,生态环境比较脆弱,经济增长对外部输入的能源和资源依赖性较强。据此,提出了调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式、加强电力资源开发、发展科学教育事业等能值利用的调控对策。
The emergy flow of Yantai eco-economic system in 2013 was analyzed by using the emergy analysis methodology and some countermeasures of adjusting emergy utilization were put forward.The total emergy consumption of Yantai eco-economic system in 2013 was 2.630 × 10^23solar emergy joules(sej),the yearly emergy consumption per capita was 4.044 × 10^16sej,the emergy self-support ratio was 22.6%,the emergy density was 19.14 × 10^12sej; the emergy/dollar ratio was 2.848 × 10^12sej/; the ratio of electricity to total emergy consumption was 5.6%,the population capacity determined only by renewable resources was 16.19 × 10^4,the population supporting capacity determined by renewable resources and imported emergy was 518.6 × 10^4 and the emergy sustainable indices was 4.986.Comparison between the data above and those of other provinces,regions and countries showed that the economy of Yantai City was quite developed; the people's living standards were comparatively high and the emergy consumption of Yantai eco-economic system was fit for the requirement of regional sustainable development.However,the emergy self-support ratio was low,the regional environment was fragile,and the economic development depended strongly on imported energy and resources.Some countermeasures,such as adjusting industrial structure,converting the mode of economic development,strengthening the electricity resource exploitation,and developing scientific technology and education were put forward.
