扶阳透骨片对去卵巢大鼠SD胫骨TBV、TRS、TFS及MAR参数的影响

Influence on TBV,TRS,TFS and MAR Parameters of Ovariectomized Rats Tibia with Fuyang Tougu Tablet

目的:研究扶阳透骨片对去卵巢大鼠SD大鼠胫骨TBV、TRS、TFS及MAR参数的影响。方法:将SD大鼠50只随机分为空白对照组10只、假手术组10只、造模组30只。造模组依文献方法制备去卵巢SD大鼠的骨质疏松模型,假手术组术式同造模组但不去卵巢,空白对照组不进行手术。其中造模组又分为模型组、对照组、实验组各10只。空白对照组、假手术组、模型组大鼠予生理盐水灌胃,对照组予阿仑膦酸钠(1.0 mg/kg)灌胃,实验组予扶阳透骨片(150 mg/kg)灌胃,干预3个月。结束后,对大鼠胫骨标本经过处理制备不脱钙骨切片。结果:各组SD大鼠胫骨TBV、TRS、TFS及MAR参数比较,假手术组与空白对照组无差异(P>0.05);模型组与假手术组比较,TBV、TRS、TFS、MAR的参数均有明显差异(P<0.01),证明造模成功;与模型组比较,对照组与实验组大鼠TBV、TRS、TFS、MAR参数均有明显差异(P<0.01);实验组与对照组比较,TBV、TRS、TFS、MAR参数均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:扶阳透骨片对去卵巢大鼠SD大鼠胫骨TBV、TRS、TFS及MAR参数的影响与阿仑膦酸钠相当。

Objective ： To study the influence of Fuyang Tougu tablets on TBV, TRS, TFS and MAR parameters of ovariectomized SD rats tibia. Methods： 50 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group （10）, the sham operation group （10）, the molding group （30）. According to the document method, the osteoporosis model of ovariectomized SD rats was established in the molding group, in the sham operation group the same model was made surgically but not removalled the ovaries, the blank control group without surgery. The molding group was divided again into the model group, the control group, the experimental group, respectively with 10 rats. The rats of blank control group, sham operation group and model group were treated by gavage with normol saline, the control group with alendronate （ 1.0 mg/kg）, the experimental group with Fuyang Tougu tablets （ 150 mg/kg）, for 3 months. After the end, the treated specimens of SD rats tibia were made into not decalcified bone slices. Results：compared TBV, TRS, TFS and MAR parameters of SD rats tibia in each group, between the sham operation group and the blank control group there was no difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; compared the model group to the sham operation group, TBV, TRS, TFS and MAR parameters had obviously differences （P 〈 0. 01 ）, it proved that the molding was successful ; compared to model group, TBV, TRS, TFS and MAR parameters of rats of control group and experimental group had significantly differences （P 〈0. 01 ） ; compared the control group to the experimental group, these 4 parameters have no difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The influence of Fuyang Tougu tablets on TBV, TRS, TFS and MAR parameters of ovariectomized SD rats tibia is equal with the influence of alendronate.
