摘要
以某款商用汽车为对象,对汽车空调在整车车身中渗水的原因进行分析,对控制汽车空调渗水提出多种方案,并进行改进优化。汽车环境模拟试验结果表明,优化后避免了汽车空调在整车车身中渗水现象,提高了车内空调系统的稳定性和可靠性,改善了整车内部环境。
The causes of water seepage of automobile air conditioner are analyzed here taking a style of commercial vehicle as an example. Some solutions are proposed for improvement and optimization. The automobile environmental simulation test shows that the water seepage is avoided after optimization and stability and reliability of the air conditioner are enhanced; car internal environments are improved.
