摘要
为满足微电网商业化运营的需求,对微电网商业化运营模式的选取进行了研究。依据不同的投建主体和使用对象,构建了分别由电网企业、投资者和用户主导的三种不同的微电网运营模式,并运用定性与定量相结合的方法,提出应用层次分析法原理对微电网商业化运营模式进行科学选取的新思路。层次分析法克服了模式选取过程中定性因素多、目标多重及搜索空间庞大的问题。算例分析表明,该方法对于选取合适的微电网商业化运营模式是切实可行的。
In order to satisfy the demand for commercial operation of micro-grid, the selection of commercial operating modes of the micro-grid is researched. In accordance with different investment and construction bodies and use objects, three different kinds of operating modes of micro-grid that dominated by grid enterprises, investors, and customers are established respectively. By adopting the qualitative and quantitative combination method, the new concept of scientifically selecting commercial operating modes of micro-grid based on principle of analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) is proposed. AHP overcomes the problems in mode selection, such as multiple qualitative factors, multiple targets, and large search space, etc. The cases analysis shows that this method is feasible for selecting reasonable commercial operating mode for micro-grid.
