摘要
针对煤矿井下高效连续运输设备的工况特点,电气控制系统单元需具有独立控制功能,采用S7-200作为电气系统的控制器。考虑到控制系统间需要信息交换,采用Modbus总线构建通信网络,实现对执行器件的控制和闭锁。为提高系统可靠性,提出了控制系统的软件设计方法和抗干扰技术。实践结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定、可靠,具有较强的实时性和抗干扰能力。
In accordance with the operating mode characteristics of high efficient continuously running transportation equipment in coal mine, the electric control system needs to have independent control function;S7-200 is selected to act as the controller of electric system. Considering information exchange is needed among control systems, the communication network is built by adopting Modbus to implement control and latching of the actuation devices. In order to improve the reliability of the system, the design method of the control system software and the anti-interference technology are proposed. The results of practice show that the system is stable and reliable, and possesses powerful anti-interference capability in real time.
