智能开关柜在线监控的研究与应用

Research and Application of Online Monitoring for Intelligent Switchgear Cabinet

针对集组装式结构、在线监测控制、远程抄表、故障报警等多功能于一体的可移动智能配电开关柜,采用在线监控配电成套装置。通过试验测试系统的性能,对柜内断路器动触头行程等进行测量,进而计算出分合闸平均速度;然后将实际测试值和仪器测量值作对比分析。从试验结果中可以得知此开关柜监测系统运行状态,可实现智能开关柜在线监控。

For implementing the movable intelligent power distribution switchgear cabinet which integrates multiple features and functions, including assembly structure, online monitoring, remote meter reading, and fault alarm, etc. , the complete set installment of online monitoring and power distribution is adopted. Through experiments, the performance of system is tested;the stroke of the moving contact of circuit breaker inside cabinet is measured, and then the average speed of“open” and“close” is calculated. The actual tested values and measured values by instrument are compared and analyzed, from the results of tests, the operating status of the cabinet can be known by the monitoring system;that means the target of online monitoring for intelligent switchgear cabinet is realized.
