摘要
在对某特钢企业的产品进行深入研究的基础上,制定出了一种能够完整反映产品特征的物料编码规则。基于这个物料编码规则,可以确定出新零件的每个特征与数据库中已有零件以及标准零件的特征相似度。然后将产品的特征与加工阶段相集成,并且将加工过程划分成了四个阶段,如此便可以根据相似度高的特征快速制定出新零件的工艺路线。最后,通过一个有缝对焊三通管件的工艺匹配过程验证了该方法的可行性,成功解决了特钢行业的工艺快速匹配问题。
Based on the in-depth study of a special steel production enterprise, we developed a product material coding rules that can fully reflect the characteristics of the product. By this rules, we can easily determine the similarity of the new parts and the parts in the database or standard parts for all characteristics. Then, combined processing stage with the characteristics of the product, and divided the process into four stages. Thus you can rapidly develop the process route of the new parts with reference to the highest similarity part. Finally, through a actually matching example of a seaming welded tee pipe, verified the feasibility of this method, and successfully solved the process route rapidly matching problem of special steel industries.
