摘要
以转塔式多轴箱切削加工机床为例,研讨加工汽油机发动机缸盖自动化夹具的特点及多轴切削加工时夹具变形的应对措施。通过对夹具模型进行有限元分析,改进以往夹具的不足,为新型夹具的设计研发提供理论依据,解决了夹具因切削力引起的变形问题,并在实际生产中取得了满意的效果。计算机辅助软件的应用可以缩短设计周期,降低成本,提高产品质量。此新型夹具的设计研发及成功应用,为解决切削力引起的夹具变形开辟了全新的思路。
Illustrating with a multiple spindle head turret machine tool, this article has studied the features of automated fixture used for processing cylinder head of gasoline engine, and the countermeasures for fixture deformation during multi-axis machining. By means of finite element method (FEM) analysis of the fixture module, this study ameliorates the former fixtures and provides a theoretic basis to develop and design new type fixture. It has also solved the problem of fixture deformation caused by cutting force and got a satisfied result during practical production. The application of computer assisted software has shortened the design cycle, reduced the costs and improved the product quality. The designing and development of this new type fixture, as well as its successful application, provides a revolutionary new way to deal with the problem of fixture deformation caused by cutting force.
