摘要
为了满足工业及日常应用的需求,原料天然气要进行净化处理。硫醇是天然气中一种较难脱除的杂质,目前针对天然气脱硫醇的研究比较少。对几种主要硫醇脱除方法进行了总结,讨论了物理、化学及混合溶剂法的机理、工艺和优缺点,回顾了分子筛法和活性炭法这两种吸附法的研究进展,对生物法和膜分离法进行了简单介绍。一般情况下,当硫醇含量不高时,主要采用溶剂法;硫醇含量较高时,多采用溶剂法和吸附法的组合工艺。最后阐述了硫醇脱除技术的发展方向。
In order to meet requirements of industrial and daily application, it is necessary to conduct purification and treatment of raw natural gas. Mercaptan is a kind of impurities in natural gas difficult to remove. Up to now, conducted is little research on natural gas mercaptan removal. Summarized are several major mercaptan removal methods, analyzed are mechanisms, processes and advantages and disadvantages of physical, chemical and mixed solvent methods, reviewed is research progress of molecular sieve and activated carbon methods and introduced are biological method and membrane separation methods. In general conditions, solvent method is mainly used if mercaptan content is not high and combination technology of solvent method and adsorption method is commonly used if mercaptan content is high. Finally predicted is the future development direction of mercaptan removal technology.
