摘要
容器式段塞流捕集器具有规模大、载荷工况复杂、工作压力高等特点,已广泛应用于气液混输大型凝析气田工程,但目前国内外尚无可完全覆盖的成熟设计方法。为了保证设备安全运行、降低投资成本,有必要对容器式段塞流捕集器的设计进行规范和优化。在总结前期成功设计经验的基础上,调研了段塞流捕集器的设计、使用情况,提出设备选材、结构设计、强度计算及制造检验的规定,为容器式段塞流捕集器的设计提供有益的参考。
Slug flow trap is a key equipment in condensate oil and gas field development, it has large size, complex loading conditions, high operating pressure and large investment cost. Reasonable and reliable design is very important to its safe operation and investmentsaving. In order to assure its proper operation, it is necessary to study on its operating characteristics, loading, strength calculation method and inspection and test regulations and to form a complete set of mature and reliable slug flow trap design methods. Summarized are successful experiences in slug flow traps designed by China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. Southwest Company, conducted is analysis on working principle and loads of slug flow traps, described are their structure features and multi-saddle equipment strength, material selection and manufacturing requirements and formed are a complete set of design, manufacture and inspection technologies of volumetric slug flow traps, which can provide valuable reference for design standard supplement.
