摘要 为了提高旋风分离器的工作性能,以Stairmand型高效旋风分离器为基础模型,利用FLUENT软件中RNG k-ε模型对传统旋风分离器和带螺旋导流装置的旋风分离器进行数值模拟,从速度分布和分离效率两方面分析了两种旋风分离器的分离性能,分析结果证明带螺旋导流装置的旋风分离器的分离性能强于传统旋风分离器,能够完成粒径小于5μm微细颗粒的分离任务,为旋风分离器的结构优化提供了参考。 Taking the Stairmand type high efficiency cyclone separator as foundation model, conducted is numerical simulation on traditional cyclone separator and cyclone separator with spiral flow deflecting device by using the software FLUENT, analyzed are separation performances of the two kinds of separators in such aspects as velocity distribution and separation efficiency. It is proven that separation performances of cyclone separator with spiral flow deflecting device are better than those of traditional one and can separate some of minute particles(with particle size of smaller than 5μm), which provides valuable reference for structure optimization of the cyclone separator.
