燃烧灰烬对可燃药筒特征量的影响

摘要 在利用密闭爆发器进行可燃药筒燃烧性能试验时会产生一些燃烧灰烬,不满足燃烧状态方程推导过程中"固体火药全部转变为气体产物"这一假设,而可燃药筒火药力、余容的处理方法即建立在此假设之上。针对此问题,使用该处理方法得到更准确的可燃药筒火药力、余容表达式以指导火炮内弹道设计,引入了一个与燃烧灰烬质量相关的修正系数,对该处理方法进行修正,并推导得出了火药力、余容修正后的求解式。针对某批次可燃药筒的爆发器试验,应用修正后的求解式计算出火药力、余容。计算结果表明:与原处理方法相比,考虑燃烧灰烬的影响对可燃药筒火药力修正量较小,但对余容的修正量较大。 Combustible case can produce some combustion ashes in the combustion performance experiment using closed bomb,and it doesn’t satisfy the implicit assumption that all propellant changes into gaseous product in the deduction process of this state equation,and the processing method for propellant force and covolme of combustible case were built based on this assumption. Aiming at this problem,a correction parameter related to the weight of combustible case ashes was introduced in order to obtain more accurate formula of propellant force and covolme to guide interior ballistic design for gun,and the processing method was corrected,and the formula of propellant force and covolume was derived.Aiming at closed-bomb experiment of some batch combustible case,propellant force and covolume were calculated using the corrected state-equation.Compared with the original processing method,correction quantity of force of propellant is smaller after considering the influence of burning ashes,but covolme is bigger.
