摘要
从重矿物角度考察了叶蜡石类原料的品质,分析了重矿物对玻璃纤维熔制及质量的影响。研究发现:叶蜡石类原料中的重矿物将影响玻璃的熔制作业效率和产品质量,在一定温度下形成玻璃纤维结石等缺陷;重矿物中Cr2O3、FeO、CuO等玻璃着色物会使玻璃的透热性变差,影响拉丝质量;高质量分数的S存在破坏了池窑气氛;碱金属氧化物K2O作为玻璃网络外体引起玻璃粘度波动。
From the heavy mineral perspective, the quality of pyrophyllite-based raw material is investigated article. It also analyzes the influence of heavy mineral on the melting system and quality of glass fibers. The research has discovered that at certain temperature, the refractory mineral existing in pyrophyllite-based raw material might cause defects like stones in glass. The colorants such as Cr2O3 , FeO and CuO might affect glass fiber drawing due to worse diathermancy caused by them. In addition, the existence of high content of S and alkali metal oxide ( K2O ) might affect the melting and quality of glass because of furnace temperature and glass viscosity fluctuation.
