摘要
为了解决超细电子级玻璃纤维纱D900在捻线成形过程中出现的静电现象,在超细纱所用浸润剂配方中引入抗静电剂并且在捻线设备上安装静电消除器。试验结果显示:使用抗静电剂的管纱表面毛羽情况得到明显改善,油污纱发生的概率大大降低,而没有使用抗静电剂的管纱毛羽率高,油污纱多;加装了静电消除器的捻线机台位生产出的管纱毛羽率约为未加装的60%。
To eliminate static electricity during the twisting of D900 superfine fiberglass yarn for electronic use, an- tistatic agent was added to the sizing formulation for this yarn, and static eliminators were mounted on the twisting machines. The results showed that the fuzz generated on the surface of the yarn packages with antistatic agent was significantly decreased and the probability of stained yarn was largely reduced, while the fuzz occurrence of the yarn packages without antistatic agent was high and the stained yarn probability was high too. The fuzz occurrence of the yarn packages produced by the twisting machines with static eliminators was about 60% of that of twisting machines without static eliminators.
