摘要
重型板式给料机的运载高度是和物料特性及设备参数相关且有极限值的。但在专业手册和规范中并没有涉及。本文在最新研究成果基础上,推导出应用于斜向裙板的给料机运载高度极限值,即"拉层"理论。该理论对大型重型板式给料机设计具有重要意义。
The carrying height of the heavy - duty apron feeder is related to the material properties and the equip-ment parameters,and in which there is a limit value. However,there is hardly any reference in professional manuals or rules. Based on the latest research results,this paper deduces the limit value of the carrying height of the feeder with ob-lique apron,which is referred to as the ″ pull layer″ theory. This theory has an important meaning for the design of large heavy - duty apron feeder.
