Research on Handling Process and Key Technology to Multipurpose Port Tire Crane

传统货场散货的堆取料作业主要依靠装载机和挖掘机联合作业完成。作业效率低,废气污染大。为提高效率,研发了同时具有散货作业功能和件杂货作业功能的多用途电动轮胎起重机,在节能环保的同时实现新的工艺,达到成本管控的目的。

The traditional stacking and reclaiming operation on bulk freight cargo yard relies mainly on the joint handling by loaders and excavators cooperation. There are low operation efficiency and heavy air pollution. In order to im-prove the efficiency,a multipurpose electric tire crane which has both bulk and general cargo operation functions is de-signed and developed. The new process is implemented with the energy saving and environmental protection,and the pur-pose of cost control is achieved.
