摘要 新型节能复能驱动港口轮胎起重机利用开发的具有完全自主知识产权的位能负载能量回收及再利用装置专利技术,通过同轴复能变矩电机、超级电容模组、加权编码调磁控制装置等,将起升机构、变幅机构在起重机作业过程中释放的位能能量进行回收、存储与再利用,以达到节能减排的目的,创造良好的经济效益与社会效益。 The new energy saving port tire crane driven by compound energy uses the patent technology for a device by energy recovery and reuse of potential energy load that is developed with completely independent intellectual property. Through the coaxial compound torque motor,the super capacitor module and the magnetic control device with weighted co-ded modulation,the crane can recover,store and reuse the potential energy that is released by lifting and luffing mechanism during its operation process so that it can achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,and create a good e-conomic and social benefits.
