摘要 针对热轧钢卷卸卷后的"鼓肚"缺陷,在大量现场跟踪与理论研究的基础上,结合热轧钢卷卸卷后的支撑特点,从力学角度对"鼓肚"缺陷产生的机理进行分析,提出表征"鼓肚"缺陷发生程度的新概念,即"鼓肚量",并针对钢卷发生"鼓肚"缺陷后卷内各圈带钢分布的非圆性、应力分布沿周向的非对称性,及重力影响与层间可能出现滑移、存在间隙等问题,基于热轧钢卷卸卷后内部应力模型与带钢挠曲变形模型建立了一套适合于热轧钢卷的"鼓肚量"预报模型;将"鼓肚量"预报模型应用于生产实践,能实现对"鼓肚"缺陷发生程度的定量预报,且预报误差在15%以内,满足工程需求,为"鼓肚"缺陷的综合治理奠定了坚实的理论基础。 For the bulging defect of the hot rolling steel coil after discharging , through a large number of field tracking and theo-retical research ,combined with the support characteristics of the hot rolling steel coil after discharging ,a simple analysis about the bulging defect mechanism was made from the point of mechanics ,a new concept ,the amount of bulging ,was proposed for the first time to represent the degree of bulging defect .Considering the non-circular feature of each coil strip ,the asymmetry of stress distribution along the circumferential direction , the influence of gravity and possible slip , the existing gap between layers , by starting from the internal stress model and strip bending deformation model of the hot rolling steel coil after discharging , a prediction model of the amount of bulging is put forward for the hot rolling steel coil , and it has been applied to the production practice and has achieved good effect . This model has realized quantitative forecast of “bulging” defect degree for the first time with prediction error within 15% ,meeting the engineering requirements and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the compre-hensive management of the bulging defect .
