基于AMESim仿真技术的高速剪切机缓冲系统的设计

摘要 针对高速剪切机加速系统的加速装置设计过程中的缓冲问题进行理论研究,并利用AMESim仿真技术进行时域仿真分析。通过对得到的速度、位移曲线的分析比较,确定阻尼孔的最佳直径;依据工况和具体设计要求,完成加速装置的设计;有效解决了加速装置工作过程中的冲击问题,提高了设备的可靠性和稳定性。 The theoretical study of buffer problem in the process of acceleration mechanism design has been conducted through the analysis of high-speed shearing machine speed system , and the simulation analysis of time domain is conducted using the AM ESim simulation technology in this paper . According to the analysis of the velocity and the displacement curve , the best damping holes diameter is eventually determined .Meantime ,according to the working condition and specific design requirements ,the design of the acceleration mechanism is completed .By the design , the problem of impact acceleration mechanism in the process of work is eventually solved , and the reliability and stability of the entire equipment is improved .
