This paper using the method of video analysis,from the aspects of the general situation of the development of China＇s group calisthenics and the characteristics of group calisthenics in the opening ceremony of the representative games in each stage,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the group calisthenics performance,analyzes the development trend of China＇s large-scale group calisthenics performance,hoping to be benefit to the needs of plait work of group calisthenics.
