摘要
以长沙学院健美操俱乐部教学中二年级学生实施层次教学的实验研究,同时对实验数据进行了统计与分析,阐述了健美操层次教学实施的可行性,旨在为高校体育俱乐部的教学改革提供新的思路。
This paper takes the grade 2 students of Changsha college as objects,carries out experimental research on the hierarchical teaching of aerobics club,makes the statistics and analysis of the experimental data,expounds the feasibility of implementing aerobics hierarchical teaching,to provide new ideas for the reform of college sports club teaching.
