体育选修课开展民族传统体育球类项目实验研究

Experimental Study on the National Traditional Sports Ball Games in Sports Elective Course

运用文献资料法、数理统计法、教学实验法,对高校体育选修课开展民族传统体育球类项目木球、珍珠球、毽球、蹴球的效果进行了研究。结果表明:民族传统体育球类项目可以提高大学生身体素质;学生对体育选修课开展民族传统体育球类项目很感兴趣和喜欢。

Using literature data method,mathematical statistics method,the teaching experiment method,the effect of carryi ng out the national tradition sports ball games such as the bowls,pearl ball,shuttlecock and cuqiu activity in sports electi ve course in colleges and universities is studied.The results show that the traditional sports ball games can improve colle ge students＇ physical quality; students are very interested in national traditional sports ball games in the sports elective cou rse.
