摘要 Abstract The effects of diet species,diet density, sizes and temperature on the filtration rate of Mactra veneriformis juveniles were studied in a laboratory system.It was found that the filtration rate of four species microalgae was increased with microalgae density increasing at the optimum microalgae density, but was decreased with the increase to continue.The relationship between filtration rate and individual weight followed an exponential,Y= 13.429X^0.6118(R^2=0.9971).In addition,the filtration rate was increased with the increase of temperature,but was decreased if the temperature exceeded ℃ ,at which the filtration rate reached the maximum of 2.31ml/ ind.min.
