摘要
通过单因素分析和双因素正交分析,主要研究影响喷枪浸没熔池中深度的因素。试验研究表明,渣型中的MgO,Fe3O4,Fe/SiO2以及端压控制值和熔体温度为主要影响因素。同时得出影响该喷枪枪位变化较大的数值分别是8%以上、7.11%-9.50%、1.01以上、10 kPa以下以及熔体温度在1210℃以下。
This paper studies mainly the factors which affect lance inerting deep of the top-blowing furnace mol- ten pool. Through orthogonal analysis of single factor and two factor, experiments have been taken to research the factors which are the slag compoent, back pressure, end pressure and melt temperature. Among the slag compoent MgO, Fe304 and Fe/SiO2 are the main factors. The results lead to the conclusion that the factors having significant effect on lance position are: end pressure below 10 kPa, temperature below 1210 ℃, and the content of MgO, Fe3O4 and Fe/SiO2 above 8% , 7.11%~ 9.50% and above 1.01 respecticely.
