Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在双酚A暴露对子鼠雄性生殖细胞表达

摘要 目的探讨Wnt/β-catenin信号通路蛋白在出生前后双酚A(BPA)暴露对子鼠雄性生殖表达。方法 ICR孕鼠饮水染毒,自受孕0天随机分为:溶剂对照组、100 nmol/LBPA组、300 nmol/LBPA组;雄性仔鼠出生后6周处死,取睾丸组织,免疫组化检测β-catenin、DKK1蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,与溶剂对照组比较,BPA暴露组β-catenin、DKK1蛋白表达明显增加,多分布在精原细胞和睾丸间质细胞中,且间质细胞强阳性。结论 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路蛋白可能参与了BPA暴露对子鼠雄性生殖细胞表达影响。 Objective To explore the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway proteins in bisphenol A( BPA)before and after birth exposure on male rat reproductive expression. Methods ICR infected pregnant rats drinking water from the conception 0 days were randomly divided into: bpa solvent control group,100 nmol /L,300 nmol /L BPA groups; Male young rat six weeks after birth to death,testicular tissue,immunohistochemical detection of beta-catenin,DKK1 protein expression. Results Immunohistochemical results showed that compared with solvent control group,BPA exposure group of beta-catenin,DKK1 protein expression significantly increased,more distribution in spermospore and leydig's cells,and leydig's cells were strong positive. Conclusions Wnt /betacatenin signaling pathway proteins may be involved in the BPA exposure on male rat reproductive cells.
