摘要
目的探讨精神科医护人员的职业倦怠与社会支持和自我效能之间的关系。方法在2013年1—6月群体抽样的方法,从临床一线抽取120名精神科医护人员进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷112份,采用工作倦怠量表、社会支持量表及自我效能量表进行调查研究。结果精神科医护人员的职业倦怠与社会支持、自我效能均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论鼓励和支持可以消除和降低精神科医护人员职业倦怠这种负性的心理现象,提高自我效能感,有效降低精神科医护人员的职业倦怠。
Objective To explore the correlation of job burnout of psychiatric department with social support and self-efficacy. Methods Totally 120 psychiatric departments were surveyed with questionnaire from clinical from January to June 2013 and 112 eligible questionnaires were collected. The Maslach Burnout Inventory, the social support scale and the general[ self-efficacy scale were used in the study. Results Psychiatric departmeutg job burnout was negatively correlated with social support and self-efficacy ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Support and encouragement can prevent and reduce the negative burnout phenomenon, and improve their self- efficacy can reduce their job burnout.
