宫腔镜下诊刮术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的近期随访观察

Hysteroscopic curettage treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of short-term follow-up observation

目的探讨宫腔镜下诊刮术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的近期疗效情况。方法选取2010年1月至2013年1月我院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者102例,随机分成两组,每组51例。观察组给予宫腔镜下诊刮术联合性激素治疗,对照组给予性激素治疗,对两组患者的近期疗效进行随访观察。结果观察组治疗有效率、治疗后生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率、复发率和治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的月经量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下诊刮术治疗功能性子宫出血具有较高的有效性、安全性,可显著改善患者的生活质量,有效避免了单用传统药物治疗病情易反复的缺点。

Objective To explore the hysteroscopic curettage treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of recent curative effect. Methods 102 cases of patients dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013, were randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases of each group. The control group was given hormone therapy. The treatment group was given hysteroscopic curettage combined hormone therapy, the curative effect of two groups of patients were JFollowed up to observe. Results The observation group treatment efficiency, quality of life after treatment was obviously better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of adverse reaction, recurrence rate and treatment after 3 months, 6 months, 12 months period was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusions The validity, has higher safety of hysteroscopic curettage treatment of functional uterine bleeding, can significantly improve the life quality of patients, avoid a single drug treatment with traditional disease easily repeated disadvantage.
